You can definitely download and export receipts uploaded one at a time or in bulk. Here's how to:

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. Click on Attachments.
3. You'll see receipts attached to transactions added in QBO.
4. Select the attachments you want to export.
5. Click on Batch actions and click Export.
6. A zip file will be downloaded to your computer for the receipts downloaded.
