Can I bulk download ALL receipts that are in my quickbooks account? I want to back them up separately. It would also be ideal if they could be named by transaction date.

I want to back up my receipts separately after using Snap Receipt to capture them. It would also be ideal if they could be named by transaction date. I believe the GDPR mandates a right to data portability.

You can definitely download and export receipts uploaded one at a time or in bulk. Here's how to:

 

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Click on Attachments.
  3. You'll see receipts attached to transactions added in QBO.
  4. Select the attachments you want to export.
  5. Click on Batch actions and click Export.
  6. A zip file will be downloaded to your computer for the receipts downloaded.
