Add multiple approvers for Purchase order approval
Hi Team,
Just had a look at "Take a tour" video for custom workflow setup for PO Multi Condition Approval.
In the short clip, it shows that we can add multiple people as approver.
But, when I set up the custom workflow, it does not allow or have any option to add another approver.
Am I missing something or is it not available in Australian version.
We do have few people from different department which can approve the PO of up to $1000.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

The PO Multi-Condition Approval feature is only available in QuickBooks Advanced. For users using a different version, they can consider upgrading their plan.
- Go to Workflow automation.
- Select Templates and open the PO Multi-Condition Approval.
- Click the Do this panel, then pick an approver.
- Repeat the same steps for the rest of the panels.
- Hit Save when you're done.

However, one user with admin access can act as an approver for this customized workflow setup. This allows you to establish an efficient approval process.
It's also important to keep in mind that only one PO approval workflow can be set up at a time. This means that you can set up all the necessary criteria you want to be checked for PO approvals in this existing workflow. You also have the option to turn them on or off to disable them if they're no longer in use.
