Before anything else, we'd like to know if you already performed the banking error 103 troubleshooting steps provided in the thread. If you have done so and the issue continues, we recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can access your account through a safe and secure environment and examine the factors contributing to your difficulty connecting the bank account within the program.  We'll outline the necessary steps to get you going:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company and navigate to the Help on the top right corner.
  2. Select Search, and then press the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your concern in the box and then click the Continue button.
