I appreciate your effort in ensuring that the app is kept up-to-date to address the issue. Since you're still unable to upload receipts using the app, let's troubleshoot your mobile app to determine the cause of the missing icon. Here's how:
- Restart the application.
- Clear the app data. Go to Settings, then Apps, choose the QuickBooks app, and clear data.
- Turn off and restart your phone
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
If the issue still persists, let me show you how to upload your receipts using your laptop or PC.
- Log in to your QBO account.
- From the left menu, select Transactions.
- Choose Receipts, then select Upload from computer.
Please know that QuickBooks supports PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG file types. The files uploaded should only have one receipt.
