Since we've tried all the basic troubleshooting steps when using the QBO Mobile App and still does not show your categories. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our care agents can take a look at your account and raise it to our engineers for investigation.
Here's how to contact support:
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click on Help (?).
3. In QuickBooks Assistant, enter a short summary of your concern.
4. Select on Contact Us.
5. Choose a way to contact us:
- Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F,8:30AM to 6:30PM and S-S 8:00AM to 8:00PMm AET.
- Call us M-F, 8:30AM to 6:30PM AET
