I understand how important it is to know why you have experienced these hurdles recently. Your feedback about getting notifications with the issues encountered in QuickBooks online is appreciated and can definitely add to our reports. I just want to assure you that the situation has already been reported to our engineers. Issues under Investigation are prioritized by severity and the number of customers that are affected.
I recommend signing up through Intuit Status https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/ to get up to date information about the recent outages and reported bugs in QuickBooks Online.
