The printing issue is happening to users who have upgraded to MacOS Sonoma recently. This is due to the removal of certain framework support by Apple in the recent OS upgrade. This is impacting printing of only those PDFs which are having characters/fonts that rely on those frameworks.
With that, as a workaround we suggest to use the steps below to keep you back to business. Here's how:
- Download the PDF to your local machine from QuickBooks.
- Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the PDF document.
- Print the PDF document from there.
Aside from that, you may access QuickBooks on a Windows computer and print invoices.
