Thanks for joining the thread. If uninstalling and reinstalling the app is still not working, please try to update your iOS version. You can do that by going to your mobile device Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
If it is still not working on your end, please contact our Customer Support team to further investigate on this for you. In the meantime, you can access your QuickBooks Online account on your mobile browser.
