When trying to send statements I get a message at the top of the screen saying "sendWarnToast" and the statements aren't being received by clients. How can this be fixed?

Thanks for taking the time to post your concern here, @reception6.
I can provide you with a few steps to troubleshoot the issue and assist you in completing your work efficiently.
I suggest accessing your account through a private or incognito window to ensure that QuickBooks Online runs effectively. This will help you fix any issues that may be hindering its performance. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window:
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Once signed in, try sending a statement again. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the portal's history. Otherwise, use other supported web browsers to learn what computer and browser are needed for the best QuickBooks experience.
If everything's fine, you can visit this link if you want a snapshot of your transactions: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
I hope this helps. Please keep me posted about the result after performing the steps. I want to ensure this is taken care of. Stay safe always.
