There's a reported product investigation regarding iOS snap receipt function in QuickBooks Online mobile app is missing for Australia region. For reference here's the Product Investigation number INV-89784: iOS snap receipt function in QBO mobile app is missing. And so far none for mileage tracking not working in the iPhone.
If you have done all the basic trouble shooting steps provided and still having issues with using the mobile app. I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team.
