I checked the previous response and it looks like all possible troubleshooting steps for banking issues have been shared with you.
In this case, we'll need to take a closer look at this to determine why new transactions are not being downloaded. For us to do that, I would recommend contacting our chat or phone support team.
Here's how to reach out to them:
- Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
- Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
- Click Contact Support Team, then let them know that you're having issues with your Online Banking using the app.
- Press Enter once again.
- Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
- Look for the Chat option and click on it.
