Thanks for taking the time to scour our Community space for potential solutions. If you haven't encountered this yet, this solution will prove useful in resolving banking issues on your phone app, adam.
We can refresh your data to sync the data transactions on your Dashboard and on the linked accounts page in your QuickBooks Online app. As long as you’re connected to the internet, you should be able to update your data. Here’s how to do it on different mobile operating systems.
IOS:
- Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
- Tap Refresh Data.
- Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
- Tap Refresh to confirm.
Android:
- Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
- Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
