So far when I checked in our end, there is no reported product investigation with timesheet getting override when approving and exporting them to a pay run.

 

For us to better assist you with the timesheets being overridden, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can check the timesheet and pay run affected in a secure form.

 

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. In the Search tab, select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your question and select Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
  5. Have a chat with a support expert.
  6. Get a callback from the next available expert.
     

Drop by again if you have concerns about your entries or your data in QuickBooks Online.
