Hi danvers,
I understand your having fundamental issues with your bank connection. Let's do a manual update on your bank account if connected via standard feeds connection. Here's how:
- Click on the Banking/Transactions tab.
- Under the Banking page, click on the bank account name.
- Click on the Update button.
Just a heads up that the information QuickBooks Online receive depends on what your bank shares with us. If after doing the manual update and the transaction is still missing, I'd recommend manually creating the transaction or importing them using a CSV file.

No, it's just unreliable. This year alone, we've had several outages with citi, several with bankwest with one lasting 6 weeks.
But now we can't even trust what has downloaded?
Why do you post form answers? You know that "Click on the Update button" does NOTHING for a transaction in May. You don't even read back that far.

To add, here are a few reasons why bank transactions are missing or not downloading in QuickBooks Online:
- Bank outages and other scheduled system maintenance
- Updates in your online banking login credentials
- Updates on your bank's website.
- Changes in bank information like bank account number
