They can add you to our notification list, and you'll receive an email notification once an update on this issue is available. You can present this investigation number (INV-75436) to our representative as your reference.

- Log in to your QBO account.
- Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Enter a brief discussion with your concern in QB Assistant.
- Choose a way to connect with us.
