These could be a result of a stored cache data in your browser, @tim124.
Too much data files saved in your browser causes unusual behaviour that affect the performance of your account.
To verify this, let’s access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private window (incognito) and create a budget report from there. Using an incognito window does not store any data file. Thus, it’s a good tool for checking a browser cache issue.
To start, you can use these keyboard shortcuts in opening a private window:
- Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
- Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari)
If you’re able to create a budget via a private window, I recommend clearing your regular browser’s cache. This will delete all the cache data and make your browser to function more efficiently. If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers. This way, we can verify if this is a browser-integrated issue.
I’ve also added this link that you can use for reference: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online. This can guide you through the steps on how to personalise your report base on the data you need.
Let me know if you have any other concerns or questions running your budget in QBO. I’m just a few clicks away from you. Keep safe and more success in your business!
