If you wish to update the payment information for your QuickBooks Online subscription, you can simply do it by going to the Accounts and Settings window.
Here's how:
- Log in to QuickBooks as a master or company administrator.
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Accounts and Settings.
- Click on Billing Subscription at the left pane.
- Hit on the pencil icon beside your payment method.
- Update your credit card information. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
- Once completed, select Confirm card or Save.
