Getting Started: Open Banking
Don't know whether anyone can answer this, but it would appear that various people are experiencing different levels of service from the Co-op.
We found that Co-op and QB started to talk again last October??? having been down for a year or so? (Difficult to remember all these details, just remember how incredibly maddening it was) but having had maybe 3 months of full functionality again, it has since since failed, and we haven't been able upload anything since mid February this year. Now I have got to try and use the csv option - oh dear - another steep learning curve. Tried to contact the Co-op - but no one seems to know anything and is unable to give any advice or make any comment.
