I have a bug for account sign up

Hi

 

I was signing up a subscription yesterday. Before I entered the payment method I went to something urgent. When I came back the website page expired. After that I walked into an infinite loop.

 

I can not add any subscription after I log in. After I log in there isn't any setting or function allows me to do so. I cant sign up any subscription by using my current account since the website says the account already taken. Any idea how to help me? Thanks in advance

Move to QuickBooks Online

I have found the solution! During the checkout page, at the very bottom, there is a link called add a company into account which brings me back to the payment. Yes. Hope it can help others ( the live chat guy doesn't know that)
