Move to QuickBooks Online

Upon checking here, there's an ongoing investigation about issues when opening your QuickBooks IOS app. Rest assured, our product engineers are working on it and doing their best to fix this as soon as possible. That being said, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team again to let your company details be added to the ongoing investigation.
I'm aware that you've already gotten in touch with them, but it's the best we can do right now given that they have all the tools required so you'll be added to the list of affected users. You'll receive an email once it's resolved. To contact our Team, you can follow the steps below.
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Press the Contact Support button.
- Enter your question in the box and hit Let's talk.
- Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.
In the meantime, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account using the web browser so you can still do and finish any tasks you're working on while the issue is being worked on. You can use this link to open your account: Intuit Accounts - Sign In.
