Move to QuickBooks Online
Hello there, @Erin Smith Art.
The Invoices and Receive payments report is applicable in QuickBooks Online product. Since you're using QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020, you can generate the Transaction Lists by Customer and customize it according to your needs. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select Customers & Receivable. Then, choose Transaction Lists by Customer.
- Click the Customize button.
- In the Display tab, tick Paid. You can also do the same thing for Amount Paid, Paid, and Paid Date. Click OK.
- In the Filter tab, search for Paid Status. You can then select Closed or Either (to show both paid and unpaid invoices). Click Ok to reflect the changes.
- Make sure to select correct date.
- Click Refresh to reflect the changes.
I'll be adding a few related articles below to help you understand reports in QuickBooks and how to customize them. Note: The links below if applicable for US version (QBDT).
In case you're using QBO, you can go to the Reports menu of the left-side and find for Invoices and Receive payment report by utilizing the search bar. Then, customise it to Paid status. Check here for more details Learn how to get the most out of your financial reports.
I'll be around if you need more help with QuickBooks reports. Take care and have a goo done, Erin Smith Art.
