Move to QuickBooks Online
Hello Mpros,
You'll have to manually click on Apply on the GST for the downloaded bank transactions in QuickBooks Self Employed to calculate GST on your transactions even if you have set up a bank rule.
Also, please check if your GST is turned on in your QuickBooks Self Employed account. Here's how:
- Click on the Cogwheel icon.
- Select Your work info.
- Tap GST.
- Select Exclusive or Inclusive.
Furthermore, I'd recommend also checking the bank rule you've set up. Here's how:
- Select Settings ⚙ and then Rules.
- Find the rule and select Edit.
- Make your changes and select Save.
