Since you're still getting issues after following the steps in this thread. I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have additional tools to look further into your account to make sure the account is changed successfully. Here's how to get in touch with them:
- In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
- Tap Let's talk and click Chat or Get a callback.
- Enter the required information.
