I can see how helpful for you and your business to be able to name jobs for your quotes. While the option to name jobs for an invoice/quote is unavailable in the set of features. You can check out how to use tags and group tags to get deeper insights into your sales and expenses.
Here's how to create tags:
- Click on Settings ⚙ and select Tags.
- Click on New ▼ dropdown and then Tag group.
- Give the group a name.
- Choose a colour from the ▼ dropdown.
- Click on Save.
Tags are primarily used to let you track transactions however you'd like to use a customizable label for easy reporting. They don't impact your books. Instead, they're a way for your team to track the info that matters most to you.
