This is exactly what i did, and as mentioned, the conversion wasnt a complete success and has cost the client 3 times more for the conversion to fix the issues!! The other major issue is that the client is without their program for a minimum of a week and must either not enter data or be prepared to enter everything twice in the waiting period. Neither is acceptable and is subject to someone elses timing. We should be able to do it ourselves at a date and time that suits the businesses.
As someone ele mentioned, Quickbooks wants the customers so provide the solution. As an accounting firm with 100's of clients wanting to shift to Quickbooks from Reckon Hosted, we get no better answers or support than anyone else.
