Purchase order for 11400 blocks and 40 window frames. The blocks are delivered in loads of 570. All the frames are delivered. How to capture the delivered into stock?

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I'm here to help you record the delivered item to your stock. 

 

You can receive stocks with a bill after you record a purchase order in QuickBooks Online. It will update the quantity on hand for each item and the payable to the supplier. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the +New button.
  2. Under the Vendor section, choose Bill.
  3. Click the Vendor drop-down arrow and then choose the vendor's name.
  4. All existing PO's will display on the left side. Select the correct PO and click Add
  5. Click on Save and close once done.
