Thanks for visiting the Community today. I'm here to help you record the delivered item to your stock.
You can receive stocks with a bill after you record a purchase order in QuickBooks Online. It will update the quantity on hand for each item and the payable to the supplier. Here's how:
- Go to the +New button.
- Under the Vendor section, choose Bill.
- Click the Vendor drop-down arrow and then choose the vendor's name.
- All existing PO's will display on the left side. Select the correct PO and click Add.
- Click on Save and close once done.
