All i want is to simply get my accounting practice books from 2020 desktop to online and then move 300 clients over to the online as well. i have 3 client set up already on online. i tried to do the migration myself and quick books failed it and so i followed the SA QB advice and uploaded to the migration (i have been able to migrate successfully with the other clients) USA QB every 3rd day send me stupid questions and assure me they are working on it - really nearly 3 weeks to sort out - n one seems to know what going on and when i send emails to the SA QB staff they remain silent. i have been a QuickBooks reseller for 20 years and personally use quick books. this whole exercise is holding up receipt bank with quickbooks and holding up me billing clients - i have no choice but to go back to desktop
