I'd like to jump in and add some information about our phone number and chat link.

 

Sharing a chat link isn't possible in the Community as URL (Universal Resource Locator) may change from time to time. Our chat support is available from Monday-Saturday 4:00 AM-9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. While our phone support is available from Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-5:30 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Pacific Standard Time.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. In your QuickBooks, click (?) Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your question in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Click Start messaging to create a chat conversation.
  6. Click Get a callback.
