QuickBooks does not impose a limit on the number of notes you can add for an employee, Ldecaul.
To address the issue, check if your pop-up blocker is enabled, as it may interfere with certain button functions. Here’s how to verify and adjust pop-up settings in Google Chrome:
- Open your browser, and select More ⋮.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Under Privacy and security, select Site settings.
- Select Pop-ups and redirects, then choose from the option to allow or disallow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.
If you prefer to keep pop-ups blocked, you can add QuickBooks Online as an exception:
- Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, select Add.
- Enter qbo.intuit.com and click Add.
