Manage Suppliers and Expenses

You can give your employees partial access to your inventory and prevent them from editing and deleting items. You can do so by selecting Sales Manager as their role. However, this feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced. And this version is not available for other regions.
Just in case you want to use a third-party application when working with QBO, you can visit and check for compatible apps through the Apps Center.
Here's how:
- Open this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.
- Select your region from the drop-down beside the magnifying glass.
- Look for an application from the search field.
