Manage Suppliers and Expenses
Hello, @sangee.
You may have turned on the close your books feature in your QuickBooks account. This is why you're being prompted to enter a password. Let me guide you in updating the password you used in closing your books. Just a heads up, only admins can make these changes.
Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a master admin or company admin.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Accounts and Settings.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Click the Edit pencil icon in the Accounting section.
- Change the closing date and enter a new password and confirm it.
- Click the Save button.
- Hit Done.
Once completed, you can now start managing your transactions.
