It's pretty simple to customise sales forms in QuickBooks Online. Let me help you.
The first thing we need to check is that the products and services column is turned on. Please follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- From the Sales tab, select Products and services section.
- Turn on the Show Product/Service column on sales forms, then Save and Done.
Once done, let's use the customising tool to make the invoice and estimate/quote more personalised.
- Click Custom form styles from the Gear icon.
- Select either Invoice or Quote under the New style drop-down or edit your existing template.
- Proceed to the Content tab and make any changes.
- Tap Done to save it.
