Manage suppliers and expenses
It’s great to see you in the Online Community, petnets.
Let’s configure the Expenses settings so you can enter a quantity into line items on a bill.
The steps to turn on the feature can be done easily. Here’s how:
- In the upper right hand, go to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Expenses menu on the left panel and click on the Pencil icon for Bills and expenses to update the setup.
- Mark the box for Show Items table on expense and purchase forms.
- Click on Save and Done to apply the changes.

After completing the process, you’ll now see the Qty column in the Item details section.
