Hello there, @DanteFerrigno.
You'll want to save the report as a pdf. file and attach it to the email you sent. This way, you'll be able to track the reports you sent via email. Let me show you how.
In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Search and open the report you want to send.
- Click the Email icon to open the print preview page.
- Select Save as PDF.
