Missing information when printing invoice means the Adobe Acrobat/Reader application cannot read the file or the Adobe browser plug-in is damaged or disabled. You may need a help on fixing this with an I.T engineers.
Let me give you the summary of the things that we need to check.
- Update Chrome to the latest version.
- Open the Chrome menu by clicking on the three vertical dots in the top-right.
- Choose Settings.
- Enter PDF in the search bar.
- Click the Content Settings... button.
- Ensure that Open PDF files in the default PDF viewer application is unchecked.
