Manage Customers and Income

To add a logo to your customer statement in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll want to select Print or Preview when generating the statement. I'll walk you through the process and provide a screenshot to ensure you can achieve your goal.


These are the steps:

 

  1. On the left navigational bar, click Customers & leads.
  2. Select Customers and choose which one you'd like to generate a statement with.
  3. Below the Action column, click the Dropdown arrow and choose Create Statement.
  4. Tick the box for the recipients and then click Print or Preview.
  5. In the Preview page, click the Add image icon and locate your logo.
  6. Arrange the logo and once you're ready, click the Print and close button.
