Manage Customers and Income

I'm glad you posted here, Caron.

Let me help you fix the Save button when creating a new project in your account.

Before anything else, ensure you select a customer on that project and complete the needed info to avoid a greyed-out Save button.

If it's complete and the issue persists, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps. To identify if this is a browser-related concern, let's log in to your account via an incognito window or private browser.

Also, this doesn't store cache files, which causes unprecedented behaviours when running a web-based program. Feel free to follow the shortcut keys below:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

After that, save your project there. Once this works, you can clear the cache of your default browser to remove accumulated data. If it doesn't, utilize another supported browser of device. It happens when the one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
