Hello, @juvani-aaron. I'm here to ensure that you're able to copy your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
First, let's troubleshoot your mobile app to determine what's preventing you to edit or make a copy of an invoice using the app. Let's go ahead and restart your device. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app. If you're still unable to edit your invoices, let's clear the app data.
If you're using Android phone:
- Go to Settings and select Apps.
- Choose QBO app.
- Head to Storage and select Clear data.
If you're using iOS device:
- Head to your phone settings and tap General.
- Click iPhone Storage.
- Choose QBO app and click Offload app.
You may also consider editing your invoices using the web browser.
