After opening your CAMPs and you still can't get a validation code, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Support Team. Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks and go to Help.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help and click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern, then select Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account, click Continue, and then Continue with my account.
- You'll receive a single-use code. Enter it and hit Continue.
- Click to Chat with us or Have us call you.

You are using QB Desktop UK version, correct?
You have to call their Support team in UK to ask the activation code. Otherwise, you can use the trial version as a workaround.
