I acknowledge the relevance of having an efficient process for recording transactions within the program. At the moment, the system doesn't have the capability to automatically add late fees due to the unavailability of this feature in the QuickBooks ZA region. It would be beneficial to share comments with our software engineers so that they can consider incorporating this feature into future product enhancements. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
- Type in your feature request.
- Click on Next to submit.
You can manually add a service item instead and name it as late fees as your workaround. You can refer to the instructions given by my colleague MariaSoledadG.
