Manage Customers and Income

I'm attaching a revised Pdf printed Excel Spreadsheet with relevant issues showing:

  1. Data required when opening Customers
  2. Data we need for School/Colleges for Students and ways we deal with it.
  3. Data allowed to be imported by QBO with too little detail to meet the requirements in 1. above. How can we fix this issue?
  4. And a request for a report that can reflect more Customer details i.e. "Title" and "Suffix" as we use the detail for Student numbers and Grades etc.
