The option to separate the client's medical invoice from Sales report is unavailable. Once you create an invoice it will be posted to all the reports linked from it like Sales report, Invoice List, Transactions List by Customer, etc.
If you want to show the medical invoices only, you can export the report to Excel. Then, customise it to come up with the data you need.
