Since the issue persists after doing the steps provided by my colleague above, we have a designated team that'll help with opening your account and find the root cause of issues with error when importing invoices. 

 

Here's how to contact our QuickBooks Online support:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab.
  3. Type a question, keyword or topic for QuickBooks Online self-help content or select Contact Us, type a question and Continue. Choose a way to connect with us:
  4. Select Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.
