- Click (?) Help, then the Search tab.
- Select Contact Us and enter your concern.
- Hit Continue, then pick Start a Chat to talk to an expert.

Additionally, this feature is unavailable in the US, Saudi Arabia, or United Arab Emirates. If you're using QBO versions from these states, I recommend sending feedback to our product development team. They might include your suggestions, considering how they can improve your invoicing experience.
