Unacceptable customer service. Just completely brain dead responses using their crappy "your valuable suggestions" auto-fill garbage. I've used WAVE in the past, switched on firm recommendations from my accountant. But this level of service is unacceptable for the significant expense QBO charges. Completely frustrated.
