I know this is an old thread, but I have the same problem with a partially paid invoice not showing any balance in Open Invoices on the Android Mobile App.
I refreshed as advised (slightly different menu now ) That didn't fix it.
Uninstalled and reinstalled mobile app.
Still not showing the partial invoice in Open Invoices.
Can you advise.
