Manage Customers and income
Thanks for getting back into the thread, @EYDO. Let me help you with your Tax Identification Number (TIN) in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Since you've already reached out to our QuickBooks Support about this, I suggest contacting them again. They have tools that can check your account securely and review the reason for the account status. Follow these steps how to contact support:
- Log in to your QBO account and select Help.
- Select either tab to get started:
- Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still chat to a human.
- Search: Type a question, keyword, or topic for QuickBooks Online self-help content or select Contact Us, type a question, and Continue. Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.
- Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
Additionally, you can check t his article to learn how to file your sales tax return and record your sales tax payment: File your sales tax return and record sales tax payments in QuickBooks Online.
Should you have other questions regarding tax info, just leave a comment below. I'd be here ready to lend a hand. Have a good one.
