This isn’t the experience we want you to have with managing the contact details of your customers and suppliers QuickBooks Online (QBO), tlheah.
QBO has updated the customer and supplier name and contact fields where you can enter the mobile number in the Phone number field or in the Other field for the company's person in charge's contact.
We see consumer feedback as an opportunity to improve the numerous features of our products. I'd recommend giving our engineers direct feedback. They may look into this suggestion and incorporate it into future updates. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Hit Feedback.
- Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
- Click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
On the other hand, we can add the company tax registration number on your invoices. Just go to the Custom form styles panel to customise an invoice and add the company registration number. Let me guide you on how:
- Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
- Choose Custom Form Styles.
- Tap Edit on the invoice.
- Tick Content.
- Click the Header part on the sample invoice.
- Hit the Trade registration number link and enter the company tax number in the CRN field.
- Press Done.
